Utilizing 3rd party software, I must identify the best qualified appraiser for a given order based on location, expertise, and work history. As such, I must have a working knowledge of the geography of the order request and build relationships with appraisers in those areas. I am also responsible for constant communication with the client. This includes updates on order status on a daily basis, as well as answering questions and concerns. It is my ultimate responsibility to ensure that communication flows smoothly between the appraiser, the AMC, and the lender, and that the appraisal order is completed and delivered to the client smoothly and efficiently.

Utilizing chemicals, hot plates, chemistry glassware, and proper procedures, I prepared and analyzed sets of precious metals from catalysts distributed from oil refineries to test the purity of the metals. I was the sole technician in achieving better efficiency in the lab, creating more work space by implementing organizational procedures and creating larger work spaces for everyone. I assisted my Manager, the Lead Chemists, and the Senior Lab Technician in all duties in and around the laboratory, including administrative duties, utilizing Microsoft Office. I had no laboratory experience when starting this position and quickly and effectively learned the chemical procedures needed to do my job effectively.

I began my employment as a part-time receptionist/administrative assistant, handling multi-line phones, greeting and assisting clients and the general public, making appointments for counselors, while utilizing Microsoft Office, 3rd party software, and the internet. I received a promotion and was trained as the Mortuary Cremationist, as well as, an Assistant Funeral Director, moving into a full-time schedule. As a Cremation Tech, I ensured all policies and procedures were being followed by the State of California standards and I signed off on official paperwork and permits. I became more involved in assisting in funerals and assisting the families in having the exact service they had hoped for. I would go above and beyond my duties to assist our clientele with anything they requested.

Orange County, California Area

Utilizing two computers at once, in house software, 3rd party software, Microsoft Office, I answered up to 100 calls during a shift from technicians out in the field installing cable for our new and existing customers all over Orange County, at times, dealing with inpatient and irate technicians. I assisted our technicians with all issues regarding the call they were on, effectively and patiently resolving our customer’s complaints and issues. Because of a no-fault car accident, I was unable to return to work for almost two years. I was recognized for my work ethic at Time Warner and invited to reapply once I was able to return to work at full capacity.
