Manage projects that range in scope from installing multi-unit expansions to leading a team that may install projects of over 100 units and crosses multiple products.Effectively manage projects to ensure all tasks are completed and go lives meet the customer’s expectations.Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams.Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and customer addressing each aspect of implementation for every project. Including an overall project rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.Provide consultation on new and existing products and acting as a solution design lead to ensure product knowledge is conveyed correctly allowing the customer.Establish a connection with customers that is conducive to a long term business relationships.Accurately forecast Go Live schedule and evaluate resource needs.Install and support Pyxis hardware and software as well as performing upgrades to software.Mentor team members on strategic products, best practices and customer education.Conduct client training on the use of Pyxis products.Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.Manage new and existing accounts.Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints while independently executing assigned deliverables from the implementation plan.
