Managing the SYTI program and services for Kickapoo Behavioral Health

Plans operations, and activities of an assigned Youth Services program or site in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; evaluates program effectiveness; recommends changes and implements management decisions. Maintains relevant curriculum in line with industry standards; oversees short- and long-term curriculum planning including, but not limited to, summer planning; field trips; and other activities. Liaison and resource for parents and school personnel; Assists with managing grants; projects expenditures; monitors inventory and purchases authorized supplies and equipment. Performs administrative tasks, such as conducting, attending, and schedules meetings and trainings; prepares reports and maintains records. Attends and facilitates meetings, community and professional functions, and conferences as assigned. Assists in developing and implementing policies, procedures for program areas. Develops and implements in-service training sessions, safety drills, and other emergency procedures; ensures staff and others participate in required training.

• Ensure fitness center employees perform their duties as required, promote the fitness center to obtain new membership and raised membership, stay current on staff certifications, provide safe and clean atmosphere, maintain employee work schedules, provide monthly reports, attend meetings • Instruct Zumba to mental health clients and the community (Oct 2011-Present)• Instruct Yoga to mental health clients and the community (Aug 2019-Present)
