- Manage the configuration, installation, and maintenance of Confluent components following best practice standards.- Have a solid understanding of network security concepts within Linux environments, including SSH, Public Key/Private Key, Ports, and other related elements.- Possess knowledge of data encryption methods in Linux, including both at-rest and in-motion encryption.- Be familiar with and experienced in using SCV (Source Control Version) tools, such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Cloud Source Repository.- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve operational issues efficiently and promptly.- Conduct monitoring and reporting to identify potential issues and implement preventive or corrective measures.- Ability to perform effectively under strict time constraints.- Show proficiency in managing deliverables within tight deadlines.- Capable of writing and reviewing detailed technical documentation.- Display a willingness to learn new technologies and dedicate time to mastering them.- Be prepared to engage in Confluent-related tasks, such as capacity planning, performance tuning, and providing end-user support.
