CdeBaca led organizational infrastructure development efforts and fundraising efforts for a $225K annual operating budget; recruited and selected staff; hired over 25 youth leaders within a year; recruited a 10-member founding board of directors; developed tools and methods for program evaluation; established over 40 community partnerships (local and national); and created and implemented leadership development workshops & trainings. Currently she serves as on the organization's board of directors.
