Project’s VOYCE’s goal is to create change in education and add value at individual, project and systems levels via leadership development, action research, and community partnerships. CdeBaca led organizational infrastructure development efforts and fundraising efforts for a $225K annual operating budget; recruited and selected staff; hired over 25 youth leaders within a year; recruited a 10-member founding board of directors; developed tools and methods for program evaluation; established over 40 community partnerships (local and national); and created and implemented leadership development workshops & trainings.
