Was solely responsible for the running of the department, where I managed the entire end-to-end psychometric assessments function nationally, and coordinated assessments across all provinces. As the subject matter expert, independently provided high quality, integrated assessment and development services to stakeholders across all levels, roles and departments in the business. Provided in-depth verbal and written feedback for selection to business line managers and HR to support the placement of talented individuals in all Head Office roles and formal Development Programmes. Provided development feedback to individuals, including the Senior Leadership team, and coached high potential candidates in matters of professional development. Focused on the continuous improvement of policies, and refined processes to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. After completing practical internship at Standard Bank, was promoted to a Psychometrist in Group Assessments. Was able to refine a variety of skills in psychometric assessments. Besides assessment of candidates, report writing and advising clients regarding selection of talent, was also involved in scoring at assessment centres for learnership and graduate programmes. Also audited, trained and upskilled provincial assessment custodians across all provinces, and managed internal and external stakeholders. Contributed to research and talent management projects.
