Enhance sales of products in our customer’s retail stores through the implementation of marketing campaigns, incentive programmes and optimising store displays.Enhance and manage brand perception and image in retail stores through building relationships with branch managers, staff and relevant head office staff, and providing any support required from the stores.Dealing with customer service queries and ensuring the best resolution possible for customers.Manage a team of merchandisers and ensure KPI’s and KPO’s are metMonitoring and managing stock shortages, slow moving stock, market needs and trends and the competitor activities within the stores.Responsible for implementing product training on new and existing products sold in the retail stores and ensuring store staff are comfortable in selling our products.Managing weekly and monthly feedback reports for the CEO and Exco on sale trends, competitor analysis, product training schedules, visit schedules, stock shortages and slow moving stock.Update CRM with all store correspondence and update work schedules and reports on SharePoint Main client interaction with Telkom, Mweb and @lantic Retail stores.
