• First point of contact for all internal Account Managers on photography and for new/Studio 4 clients. To understand clients requirements, any challenges, budgets, goals, process and to guideand advise if required.• Responsible for quoting to invoicing, timelines, shoot schedules and external resource if required (models, locations or freelancers) within budget and always keeping commercially aware.• Co-manage studio : booking in work, photographers, retouchers and quality control.• Understanding of the photographic process from brief through to photography and retouching, always aware of the commercial requirements of running a profitable studio.• Additional skills: understanding of the artwork and print process, art directing and styling.

Project & production management - taking full briefs from PM’s on site, planning and creating a process to log and track all work in the studio for the whole season/project. Briefing all jobseither to an ar tworker in the UK or Hong Kong office. Following all jobs through from brief and styleguide to ar tworker, QC, online approval system, amends and repro for print. Working to various critical paths, planning workloads and additional resource for the UK team and fullybriefing and managing work in the Hong Kong office.

• Project management - working with specific GM categories within Tesco. Managing and co-ordinating the artwork development process from initial artwork builds to completion with the support of the category and design team. Making sure all artwork follows the style guide and is kept consistent across the range. Organising quotes, PO’s, line lists, PCS’s, PQM, artwork agencies, suppliers, IS, arranging weekly progress meeting, photography requirements andartwork proofing.• Photography management - actively involved in the whole process from briefing requirements, delivery and management of packaging related photo shoots for artwork. Ranging from cutout,lifestyle and model photography. This involves working closely with the category, studio and agency throughout the process and then also on retouching requirements so that can be dropped into artwork builds on time ready to proof.

• Project management - discussing and planning jobs from initial brief and concepts through to design, proofing and amends to the finished print, POS or online. Scheduling the project resourceneeded and being able to produce a time line for the project keeping both par ties informed of progress or changes in circumstances so they are able to plan the requirements needed from themselves and/or team. I manage projects within the studio team, outsource with agencies and photographers when needed.• Daily client and supplier liaison through meetings, talking or supplying briefs, communication regarding projects, quotes and planning.• Print management - obtaining the best possible quotes available without compromising the finished product, press passing, colour matching, proofing, new ideas and options depending on the flexibility of the project/job.• Photography management - booking, planning, briefing and ar t directing photography shoots for various departments within the company for different outcomes and customers.• Daily use of indesign (artworking, proofing or amending), photoshop and acrobat along with excel and word to do all the studio’s invoicing, budgets and everyday administration to keep theteam running smoothly with resource planning, holidays, freelancers etc.
