Review approved files and prepares the final closing documents for closing.Reviews files for input accuracy after final approval.Balance the final HUD -1 Settlement Statement with Title feesCorrect errors as necessary in compliance with Lender underwriting guidelines.Ensured each closing file is in compliance with Lender closing requirements, and state & federal reporting guidelines.Accurately print the final closing documents and forward them to the closing agent in a timely manner.Reviews the final HUD-1 for accuracy and verifies customer signatures on all final closing documents prior to funding.Follow up with closing agents for the prompt return of original closing documents.Authorize funding upon verification of all documentation and review of HUD-1.Handles questions from closing agents, branches, and customers.Verify current property taxes and hazard insurance prior to closing
