∙ Sole development and maintenance of an extensive working model which included full P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Revenue, Sales Volumes, Commissions, Production, Cost Departments and Head Counts, which consolidated all domestic and international locations/acquisitions.∙ Responsible for development of Dashboard, KPI’s and Key Metrics, as well as reporting ongoing Actual vs. Budget variances, re-forecasting and Outlooks.∙ Extensive full Accounts Payable analysis, which lead to restructuring of procedures, with emphasis on general ledger re-coding which better aligned with plan and lead to production of accurate actual results.∙ Development of several “What-If” scenarios based on restructuring and new/future acquisitions and consolidations.

∙ Sole development and maintenance of a six year rolling extensive working model/business plan which included full P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Revenue, Sales Volumes, Production and Cost Department, Head Counts, CAPEX, Actual vs. Budget, Re-forecasting and Outlooks. ∙ Business Plan was used for and achieved a $15 million round of financing. This plan was then used to market the company and led to its $190 million sale.∙ Completely re-developed budgeting and planning process by creating robust individual models for key department heads, with emphasis on Production, which led to successful and timely submittal and completion of overall company plan. These models also included Outlook and re-Forecasting tools, which aided department heads with successful continued planning and to see the overall big picture. This then led to the introduction of cross-training between departments, management of head counts, several co-operational functions, significant cuts in costs and better operational functions. ∙ Identified Key Performance Indicators and developed Dashboard, Outlook vs. Budget, Variance and re-forecasting reporting company wide and at department level, which were used and led to successful department and overall cash positive results.∙ Worked very closely with Sales/Revenue teams to assure accurate and complex monthly Revenue Recognition, as well as, developed, maintained and administered all Commission reporting. Also worked very closely with VP of Operations in constant restructuring of departments and cross training to assure that all cost goals were met.∙ Reported and created on an ongoing basis, several “What If” modeling reports with different scenarios and sensitivity analysis based on company restructuring, new products, elimination of products and various possible partnerships within the industry.∙ Developed and presented all Board of Director, Investor and Owner presentations and was key Lead on initiatives.

In charge of all finance/accounting and job costing/maintenance for this General Contracting/ Construction Company in Bergen County, NJ. ∙ Transitioned company from manual accounting to computerized QuickBooks accounting system.∙ Responsible for all day-to-day AR, AP, Collections, Payroll, Cash Management, Banking, Insurance and general accounting/finance needs. ∙ Coordinated all subcontractor/vendor requisitions and disbursements.∙ Created a Project/Job Cost System that aided in all future pricing/estimates, budgeting, mid-term job re-analysis and extensive overall cost analysis, that led to better financial management, significant cost savings and better use of resources.∙ Coordinated with outside Accounting Firm on a quarterly basis to aid in all tax reporting/fulfillment needs.

In charge of all finance, accounting and HR operations for this US distributor of UK based high-end wallpaper and fabric manufacturer. Reported directly to CEO and responsible for a staff of five - A/R, A/P, Commissions, Sales and Reporting and Canadian operations.∙Implemented new accounting system independent of parent company. Developed and trained entire staff on all new department policies and procedures, including accounting, customer service, order entry, operations, sales, marketing and benefit plans, including 401k.∙Acquired and integrated Canadian office into US operation. Developed new systems and procedures for Canadian Dollar banking, accounting, invoicing, receipts and reporting.∙Prepared all key department annual budgets, projections and forecasts. Both companies became plastic manufacturers under one roof sharing staff and warehouse.
