Administer general office operation and organization. Responsibilities include:Auditing: Review all freight invoices and forward to payables for processing in a timely manner. Work with subcontractors or vendors to provide payment status and request revisions if necessary.HR: Process all new hire and termination forms, and submit bi weekly timesheets. Reporting: Develop and collaborate with clerk to produce monthly cost report; broken down by contract as per client request. Monthly man hour report and vendor specific cost reports also created and totaled for YTD reference.Inventory office supplies and submit monthly order within budget.On demand tasks or as required include: Driver & load dispatch, filing/ cataloging, writing cover letters, general HSE review for subcontracts and compile subcontractor files, organizing luncheons and team building.
