 Responsible for all operational aspects of an All-Inclusive resort style Independent Living community of 230 apartment homes. Serving an upscale market of residents and influencers. Ensuring the daily needs of the residents are being met with highest standard of customer service. Oversee all day to day operations. Meet with management team every day to ensure resident satisfaction. Directly oversaw the Marketing Department. Met daily to discuss top leads and creative follow up.  Managed a staff of 35 employees with high employee satisfaction and low turnover.  Assisted in developing and managing over a $1M budget. Met all departmental goals under a 5% variance.  Assisted in developing and implementing company policies and procedures. Thrived under pressure of emergency situations. Can effectively analyze warning signs, identify the situation, and find immediate and long-term solutions.

Assist the Executive Director in the daily operations of Park Place. Oversee the Resident Services and Activities Departments. Assist with marketing and assessments of potential prospects.Act as a liaison between residents, their families and management in addressing issues of concern, implement plan of action to resolve concerns in fair and effective manner.

Assist the Director of Marketing in the management, coordination, and execution of items related to the marketing and sales operations of Park Place. Responsible for the management and solicitation of a designated market.

Hospitality Management Internship at a large Resort and Marina. Guest Services was primary focus however, l was trained in Housekeeping and Food Service as well. Completed my required internship for my Hospitality Management Degree at Southeast Missouri State University. Became Roche Harbor's first intern due to my persistence and persuasion. Roche Harbor did not offer Internships. I helped them create an internship program based on my college curriculum requirements and creative input.
