Over the years, I've been considered the "go-to" person because I try to know everything there is about my job, the processes of the company, and occasionally other colleagues job functions as well. Why? Because customer service is important to me. When approached by customers, I want to be able to give them the CORRECT answer and actually show them where to go to get what they need. I was always taught that the customer comes first. If we don't make the customers experience with us pleasant and enjoyable, they won't come back. I am also a firm believer in thorough on-the-job training and cross-training. We need to make sure the business is at its best for the customers and employees. My goal is to obtain a position that I love so that I can have a long lasting career.
