December 2011 – December 2012Credit Control and assisted with accounts payableJanuary 2013 – November 2018- Responsible for all areas of the accounts payable ledger- Month End responsibilities - prepayments, fixed assets, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany - Monthly Payroll - Assist with Cash Flow actuals and forecast

- Process weekly BACS runs- Check invoices batched by colleagues – check invoice number, invoice date, invoice on correct account and coding.- Reconcile supplier statements- Responsible for processing company credit cards 40+ and ensuring this balances at the end of each month. - Run month end reports such as invoices paid within 30 day payment terms as well as purchase orders raised after invoice date- Process staff expenses on FocalPoint- Provide training to new members of staff on the FocalPoint system. - Process purchase ledger invoices including matching them to purchase orders (all electronically) As well as process manually authorised invoices. - Process Credit Notes- Chase unauthorised purchase orders.- Raise Sales invoices – under LSN logo as well as acquired company logo’s. Ensure that any credit notes raised are correctly allocated for month end. - Credit Control – ensure invoices are received and have no queries before they are due for payment as well as chase invoices that have exceeded 30 day payment terms. - Introduce scanning system for sending out of invoices which come into finance without purchase orders.- Filing/ Post / Ad hoc duties- Internal and external queries via email and telephone
