In my current career as a commercial insurance agent, I focus on taking care of my existing client's needs and meeting with new clients to help them understand what their needs are. I ensure they have what they need based on the nature of their business. However, I work with more than just my client's business. Oftentimes, I am able to also provide coverage for their personal insurance needs as well after developing those relationships. With my work experience in insurance as well as retail, I have discovered that my passion is to work with a diverse group of people and to develop better relationships with my customers. In insurance, I am afforded the ability to learn about, not only my client, but my client's family along with their daily struggles and successes. I am able to truly build relationships and a trust that builds a sense of security. In the long run, that is what it is most important. With retail, relationships with customers are short-lived and you have to build that trust in your brand in mere moments. That relationship-building challenge in addition to working on a team daily is where I thrive. Away from work, you can find me enjoying time with my family doing various things. We love to travel and see new things. I am in my happy place when my toes are in the sand on a beach. We also are huge fans of a good night of Netflix and a bowl of popcorn.
