Current• Monitor and oversee the YBA Kanoo Transformation Program.• Establish the YBAK Project Management Office including policies and processes in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) quality standards and company requirements.• Design and implement group and business unit specific project reporting.• Serve on the executive management team providing information needed to assess and decide on transformation activities and projects potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.• Manage program risks and report quarterly update to holding board executive committee and strategic business units, maintain close contact with all senior stakeholders.• Manage PMO business project managers.• Deliver transformation groupwide communications.• Manage the operational running and continuous improvement of the PMO, including best practices and any required recruitment and subsequent skills development activities based on business requirements. • Exercise rigorous change control and guard against scope creep.• Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, dashboards, templates, policies, and metrics. • Coordinate project deliverables with Project Managers in a direct and indirect reporting structure.• Set annual performance targets for direct reports and conduct performance reviews.• Support the Group CEO on all strategic initiatives. • Support the Group CEO as board secretary and manage all board committee affairs.
