Candice Richardson is a real estate Associate Broker at Samson Properties and the founder of CM Richardson & Associates, LLC (CMR). In both capacities, she has successfully directed her sales and CMR’s strategic planning, business development, resources, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. She brings over 20 years of experience in Training, Program and Project Management, Event Planning, Information Technology Services and Real Estate. She spent over 12 years of her career as an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employee. She was a Management and Program Analyst and a Telecommunications Specialist. She earned the role as a Master Trainer and Master Facilitator for the IRS Headquarters addressing and teaching on sensitive subject matters as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, HIV/AIDS Awareness to technical training for Voicemail System Administrators for technical updates and system cutovers. She has managed vendor contract budgets in excess of $8 million from inception to closeout. Ms. Richardson has served as a COTR for training contracts in the IRS Headquarters. Commercially, she is also a licensed Realtor/Associate Broker and manages properties in DC and Maryland. She has taught as a Real Estate Pre-licensing instructor preparing future agents for their National and State exams in Maryland.
