Palms Garden Square is a commercial property consisting of 13 shops and a restaurant, leased to commercial tenants. The property was formally Palms Retreat, a 4 Star Lodge. We re developed the property into commercial shopping centre in 2015. Palms Garden Square officially opened in October 2016.Property Restructure• I oversaw closure of Palms Retreat & redevelopment of Commercial Property – Palms Garden Square• Sale of Lodge Assets, tenants prospecting, designing and advertising of new business. The development had very important deadlines, time management and financial budgets to complete. This was successfully completed.
