As an operations manager for Sherwin Williams, I focused on developing marketing plans and strategies. I was also responsible for supervising employees and the day to day branch performance.

During my time at Sherwin Williams, I was promoted three times to a business management role ( Feasterville and Glenn Mills, PA). In this role, I researched the target market while planning and implementing marketing strategies. In this role, I persuasively communicated with physicians with the purpose of influencing them to write prescriptions for Xofluza.While communicating with these physicians, I had to fully comply with all laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to state and federal law.My key accomplishments in this role are as follows:I ranked number three out of 70 inside representatives in the number of prescriptions written within the district.
