•Coordinates all activities with corporate groups, including the planning, organizing and servicing of groups events within the resort to meet contractual obligations and quality customer service standards. •Have sold numerous Wedding Buyouts for the Ocean Course Facility with a F&B Minimum of at least $15,000 and the most being $75,000. •Works with vendors to secure the participation of florists, caterers, musicians and photographers in addition to coordinating facility rentals, menu planning and transportation needs.•Customizes with each chef on the resort, on the client menu to ensure client satisfaction with food quality and pricing and to make sure the menu fits the event.
