My role as Insurance coordinator is to oversee all Dental Insurance aspects from filing claims, research and recovery of all denied claims including contracting and all reimbursement issues. Currently I research all PPO and PDP plans to fit the practice needs. I stratagized and utilized contracted fee schedules to effectively negotiate substantial fee increases for our practice.Continue to look for efficiencies in bundling contracts with larger fee schedule stacking/leased fee schedule carriers.

Receive and manage outside card orders from division for manufacturing of plastics and personalization (DOD and encode) multi-lines of giftcards. Facilitate and work across all departments to ensure tight delivery dates of all products with above average quality in the industry. Approximately 80% of our business is with First Data. Our plant is the premier vendor of First Data.

Administer all DMO, PPO, fee-for-service programs for approximately 10,000 patients in very large group practice. Responsibilities include all insurance billing and claims retreival, credentialing doctors, updating credentialing process on a yearly basis. I also post all payments as well as audits to patients accounts as needed. This is a 4.2 million practice that is heavily insurance driven. Average patient flow is approximately 100 patients per day.

Responsibilites include: Managing existing customers (top 25) with their current programs as well as launching new products which include but not limited to VHD (edge to edge printing – pictures on Visa/MC’s of which I was the first one to implement a client for this product at Metavante) Visa Pay Wave and MC Pay Pass chip cards. Quarterly reviews for top 25 clients.

Responsibilities include: Set up new and existing customers to produce plastic cards. ATM's, Visa, MasterCard, HSA, FSA, EBT, Payroll and Government programs within a secure ISO certified 9001 facility. Handled JP Morgan Chase N.A. with over 1000 programs. Handled multiple site projects. Project lead for Disaster recovery projects including but not limited to Hurricaine Katrina. **Promoted to Strategic Account Manager in 2005. Promoted to Senior Account Coordinator in 2004. Account Coordinator from 2000-2004.**
