• Develop, maintain, and support strong relationships with HR partners and hiring managers to ascertain business objectives, new initiatives, and staffing needs.• Process, verify, and maintain documentation for each employee, including such information as absences, investigations, reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.• Lead incident investigations and ensure that required information is distributed properly, employee case management techniques are followed, and corrective actions are communicated.• Promote workplace initiatives that enhance associate engagement and retention.• Investigate associate concerns ensuring equity, fairness, and consistency.• Acts as first point of contact for associates and supervisors for performance management and associate relations issues. • Utilizes multiple applications and platforms, including: TimeClock Plus, Avionté, and ICI Live to manage data and processes.• Maintained payroll information by calculating, collecting and entering data.
