I am a commercial litigation and bankruptcy attorney with extensive global business and banking experience. My engagements have included business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, creditors, debtors, trustees, and commercial lenders in complex commercial disputes. Difficult situations are my game. Recently, I have decided to share these experiences and insights by becoming an assistant professor of law at the University of Toledo College of Law.My 30+ years in banking, business, and law means uncommon problem-solving for my clients and partners.
