• Managing day-to-day customer order fulfillment process, ensuring data accuracy (items, pricing, lead time) to meet our customer's order and delivery requirements.• Communicating with customers to understand different project details and delivery requirements• Working closely with customers to keep track of weekly forecast and changes in customer ETA• Monitoring and updating customer open orders including factory ETD, customer ETA, delivery record and shipping method in company system• Tracking deliveries like air waybill and bill of lading (BL) with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely accurate allocation• Maintaining good relationship with freight carrier and forwarder to ensure freight operations can run smoothly and cost effectively• Working closely with operation and production team to ensure productivity and shipment schedule can meet customer satisfaction • Preparing shipping documents like invoice, packing list and Certificate of Compliance (COC)

• Using computer system to perform product testing• Prepared product and shipment label printouts• Using computer software such as Excel to collect, compile and analyze daily production data• Coordinating weekly operation meeting with management team to report the production progress• Liaising with different departments to solve production line issue• Planning the production batch schedule in advance to meet the client shipment• Supervise and operate the production line • Documentation including writing work instructions of the manufacturing processes• Providing production process training and guidance to operators • Issuing quality reports for production equipment• Organizing and monitoring production equipment in company system• Tackling and analyzing mechanical problems occurred on production line

• Assemble and conduct medical device, including software and hardware, window setup, power calibration and perform testing to check whether all the components are functional• Troubleshooting to resolve material and technical problems found during assembly. For example: part dimension and mold design problems• Conducting work instructions that provide specific procedures for assembling the medical device such as PCB installation and testing• Responsible for warehouse management, including inventory control, purchase, stock-taking and inventory audit• Experience in ISO 13485 including document control etc.
