Responsible for leading and continuing the growth of JMT's geospatial and information technology practice in the area of Surface Transportation. I manage a multi-disciplined team of professionals providing traditional and emerging technology services to transportation clients. I work closely with project managers, business development and marketing staff, and subject matter experts throughout JMT to broaden the Technology Group's customer base, as well as maintain business relationships with existing customers. I provide project management services, as needed, and work with management, technical and marketing staff to identify, develop and implement information technology solutions in the transportation space.

As Deputy Chief Information Officer for Solution Delivery at the 2,300+ employee-owned firm Johnson, Mirmiran and Thompson, I lead our GIS, data, software development, software implementation and integration, asset management, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) experts on delivery of internal and external technology solutions. Additionally, I provide strategic and operational oversight of our technology consulting practice. Provided Project Management and Subject Matter Expertise services to State and Local government transportation clients. In my capacity as Project Manager, I was responsible for meeting with stakeholders in a variety of Transportation Business Units, understanding their business needs, translating into a technical solution, and managing the implementation of the solution for the entire software development life cycle. In my capacity as Subject Matter Expert, I was responsible for bridging the gap between transportation SMEs and Information Technology SMEs, often serving as a client representative on a variety of transportation related initiatives.

Geophysics analysis and research conducted at the Computational Physics Laboratory in the College of Arts and Sciences. Project Specifics:* Modeled over 400 years of earthquake activity in New Madrid, MO using statistical methods and GIS.* Identified spatial and temporal (time-based) trends which were used to develop a forecast for the location and time frame of the next major earthquake.Project awarded 1st Place at Howard University’s College of Arts and Sciences Symposium on Undergraduate Research in 2006.--
