Owner And Farm Manager
Current- Oversee all aspects of running a cut flower farm; manage day-to-day operations including planting, harvesting, designing, marketing, bookkeeping, and buying.
- Execute weekly presence at local farmer’s markets to sell cut flowers.
- Coordinate and execute sixteen-week community supported agriculture subscription (CSA) for local residents.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with retail and wholesale clients.
- Hire and manage farm staff.
- Write and administer grant proposals for expansion of farm infrastructure.
