I specialize in guiding individuals to become more mindful of how stress impacts their well-being and equipping them with the tools they need to build resilience.With nearly two decades of experience in the international business arena, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and SAP America, I have cultivated extensive expertise in account management, program management, strategic advisory, and leadership consulting.Originally from Belgium, my professional journey has taken me across the globe, from Madrid and Milan to Paris and three different major U.S. metropolitan areas (Philadelphia, PA, Raleigh, NC, and Pittsburgh, PA), before making Phoenix, AZ, my home.My drive to make a positive impact has led me to engage in fulfilling endeavors, including the establishment of a program to provide housing for homeless young adults who have aged out of the foster care system.Through a serendipitous encounter and my own personal journey, I developed a deep passion for neuroscience and trauma recovery. As the co-CEO of the Arizona Trauma Institute, I have made it my life's mission to raise awareness about the profound effects of prolonged stress on the body and how individuals can lead fulfilling lives despite life's challenges. I have come to realize that high-achieving leaders often believe they must sacrifice other important aspects of their lives for success.
