I coordinated 40 volunteer solicitors to improve the number and size of gifts while promoting community-oriented philanthropy. I also managed the administration, logistics, and production involved in the annual Bay Splash fundraising event and auction. The event included 150 auction items and 200 guests that raised $215,000. Additionally, I organized 15-20 other events annually, including Welcome Parent Coffee, New Parent Dinner, Major Donor Reception, Head of School Coffees, Alumni reunions, and Grandparents and Special Friends Day.I was responsible for the Alumni program, including organizing events, communicating with alumni, and educating graduating seniors about being alumni of the school.I oversaw the Development Associate in gift processing and data entry and onboarded 4 employees.
