About Candice Solomons

My career started as a Software Developer, shortly after I latched onto the world of online collaboration, automation and ECM. I spent more than 10 years as a Consultant and Team Lead fulfilling responsibilities that span across all phases of the SDLC.Till today, I miss my technical consulting role, but leadership called me: I naturally shifted into Service Delivery Management where I led more than 100 consultants over the years, ensuring top tier delivery for our customers.Somehow they thought I'd be good at sales, so I spent about 18 months fulfilling a Business Development role in our Digital business. What I loved most about this phase of my career were the wonderful connections made with both colleagues and customers.Now I run two businesses at iOCO, exposing me to the wonderful world of EBITDA and the likes: (1) Intelligent Automation focusing on BPA: ECM, RPA, Chatbots, System Integration, these days AI Agents and the likes; and (2) Talent where my team and I ensure that we can reach our goals through recruiting top tech talent across our business, and for our customers.
