Dissertation Title: “Knowledge Extraction and Data Mining Strategies for the Analysis of Protein Folding and Unfolding Simulation Data. Transthyretin as a case study”. The work leading to my doctoral thesis involved data management, data mining and knowledge extraction from molecular dynamics protein unfolding simulations, bridging two scientific domains: computer sciences and computational structural biology.
