Represent indigent clients in all stages of federal criminal prosecution from arraignment through appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Represent clients charged with capital RICO, bank robbery, drug, immigration, fraud, firearms, and misdemeanor offenses through evidentiary hearings, trials, and oral argument to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
