While I validated costs and labor utilization associated manufacturing products, and prepared budgets for the purposes of financial transparency and process improvements, I realized the greatest way to gain sustainable efficiencies, was to focus on the people first…And with this, I leaped into Human Resources and launched my journey to create game-changing employee experiences!
