Mega Management Development Program (MMDP) is one of our fast track career program for potential new graduates to be Bank Mega's future management team.The program consist of a series in class training, well structured banking curriculum and also practical internship that will provide trainee with a comprehensive knowledge and skill of the banking management. MMDP graduates will become permanent employees of Bank Mega.

• Conducted research on the tourism and logistics industry in Indonesia, and market trends to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.• Analyzed the financial statements of exchange member companies to provide valuable insights and support the decision-making process.

• Identified and sought new potential clients in accordance with the company's targets, vision, and mission• Identified, approached, and acquired new clients by understanding clients' pain points, and goals and being able to customize proposals based on clients' needs• Introduced and explained procurement services to clients. Followed up and negotiated with clients to ensure the deal is closed• Maintained, improved, and developed relationships through the process of consultative selling• Created data-driven reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly), explained sales performance, drove, and future recommendations/action items

A web portal that serves a function as a hub of information, knowledge, and opportunities for MSMEs who are thriving to grow.• Followed the collaboration meetings or webinars twice a week then take a noted and evaluated with the division and also assisted by events by distributing publications via email and whatsapp of SMEs registered in the community• Generated weekly reports for potential SME web portal performance to division heads• Identified and sought new potential SME web portals to be invited to collaborate on events and become partnerships

An educational startup that provides campus course mentoring services that connect students to study together. We carry the concept of peer-to-peer learning and have standardized classes, thus providing a better quality learning experience than other on-demand tutoring.• Developed product and marketing ideas by expanding tutor classes to FEB UI which were previously only in FT UI and FMIPA UI• Managed the product team at FEB UI by finding 3 moderators and 3 class tutors for the 3 courses opened (Mathematics for Economics and Business, Statistics for Economics and Business, and Introduction to Accounting)• Created a webinar Mathematics for Economics and Business, Statistics for Economics and Business, and Introduction to Accounting for the final semester exam which contains a free discussion of questions
