• Conduct an inspection to the supplier included ongoing production monitoring of quality attributes, sensory, organoleptic, microbiological and pathogenic testing.• Ensuring suppliers implement food safety standards in the production process and regulations set by the destination country.

• Ensure that production runs according to the food safety system: GMP, SSOP, HACCP and all regulations can be implemented quickly and accurately in the production process• Carry out communication related to the standards applied by the buyer• Communicating and coordinating with institutions about to the latest regulations

• Manage and ensure the production process runs in accordance with the principles of food safety: GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and BRC• Make sure new regulations in the country and destination countries can be implemented properly• Responsible for the results of laboratory analysis which includes: Microbiology, Chemistry and Sensory.• Communication with buyers regarding export destination country regulations and requirements specified by the buyer• Establish relationships with external laboratories related to product testing• Managing documents (document control) food safety: GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and BRC

• Responsible for the results of physical and microbiological laboratory tests• Analyzing the results of lab tests with incoming raw materials• Developing and testing new products

• Responsible for raw materials, processes and the final results• Monitoring during the production process• Responsible for laboratory test results (chemical and sensory)• Analyzing the correlation between the results of lab tests and the conditions of raw materials and the course of the production process• Developing and testing new products• Perform a comparative analysis of the results of the internal lab and lab buyer tests
