She was responsible for application solution management in GIS (Global Information Service) to deliver solutions for the AGS (Applied Global Service) division, and manufacturing domain with extensive business processes including SAP ECC and SAP CRM service and non-SAP applications support.Before the AGS services domain, she dedicated to manufacturing with a breadth business knowledge from Finance through Operations (includes planning, purchase , logistics, manufacturing and quality) and engineering , and Sales for 12 years. At the beginning of Applied, she was responsible for developing a web application and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) with customers (B2B), supplies (VMI), and forwarders (Shipment/Delivery) in the AGS business domain. Before joining Applied, Candy worked for TSMC and Advantech with CRM Sible application solutions and GSS for software development and integration in the banking industry.Candy always listens to her customers carefully. She cares about their concerns, clarifies business processes from end to end, and defines the problem statement. She collaborated with the global team to determine the solutions and worked on integration cross-function and cross-system. Problem-solving and business process analysis are some of her abilities.Candy's professional journey is proof of her adaptability and growth. She evolved into a highly experienced project manager, program manager, and functional analyst in SAP implementation projects across various domains, but not limited to SAP.
