(1) Supporting frontline team to realize sales target. Host ED call to review PSI with Zone managers & IS team & Operation team & Financeteam weekly. Managing project milestones including tender, contract, payment, installation site preparation, import license, transportation etc. Handling and reviewing contract & agreement and all related works against GE policy.(2) Placing orders to Global plants through oracle system; maintain each deal daily progress in system. Managing orders upon customer requirement and delivery on time.(3) Monitoring customer payment, site and facilitating internal approval process. Handling logistics and facilitating Import & Exportprocedures related to GE. Coordinating with Global plants, forwarder, IE company, dealer company and customers to ensure contract execution.(4)Managing delivery quality issue and lodging insurance claims in case any damages. Resolving customer issues in connection with commercial operation.

(1) Maitiain the relationships with supplier, place orders and followup, and feed back all conditions.(2) Cost control----analyse the storage and profit margin, and givethe suggestion for the order, in order to achieve maximize profits.(3)Deal with other relationships----On the outer relationship, we have contact with Customs,customs brokers, shipping lines and worehouses, to make sure the efficiency. On the inner relationship, we need to keep touch with finance department, logistics department and sales department to make sure all procedures go well.
