Current- Work with Department Head to set and implement strategy of Custody & Trust Services- lead operations team to manage daily custody operation in a global environment, covering multiple markets and diverse investment instruments - establish departmental operating procedures manual- responsible for product development - foster international best practices at work- draft up and review service level agreements and operation memorandums for institutional clients- provide input to RFP/RFI/Due Diligence Questionnaires - support client services, network management, sales and marketing activities - implement control measures relating to product risk management according to changes in local and international market environment - act as the back up of Head of Custody
