Responsible to assist clients by managing MobileMD project details relating to the implementation of their Health Information Exchange. Specific project management activities include, HIE initial implementation and go-live, Meaningful Use provisioning and reporting, Electronic Health Record integration, Continuity of Care Document exchange, Direct Messaging and HISP configuration, additional data source feed analysis and ongoing project support. Collaborate with hospital administrators, information technology personnel, clinical representatives, physician liaisons and community healthcare providers to expand physician utilization of the HIE. Drive portal demand by supporting the hospital system as they develop and execute communication plans for physicians and patients. Participate in communication activities, such as outreach campaigns and open houses for the physicians and their staff members to subscribe providers. Conduct education sessions focused on software features and business process workflows. Periodically follow-up after initial training to assist the user community to maximize productive use of the Siemens MobileMD Health Information Exchange (HIE). Serve as the liaison between the technical teams, business owners and health information exchange participating members to disseminate best practices and provide feedback on issues and enhancement requests.
