Led a team of SAP SuccesFactors support personnel across the Talent suite. Helped clients make the most of their SuccessFactors investment by providing consulting around best practices and system optimization. Participated in multiple global SAP SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades and release reviews involving large teams utilizing a multi-phased approach ensuring integration between client’s new system and their business processes. Helped clients’ teams become experts in their own system. As a primary contact, managed escalations directly ensuring critical processes stayed up in production. Partnered with internal and client teams to ensure client work met contract terms, was fully adopted and team was fully utilized. Developed and mentored team for growth and advancement.

Managed and supported clients’ SAP SuccessFactors Talent solutions by reviewing, consulting and implementing system releases and upgrades for full optimization. Managed team of system administrators to ensure client day-to-day deliverables and requests were processed timely and accurately meeting service level agreements. Reviewed and presented issue resolution to leadership and clients through root cause analysis and building corrective actions. Used change request processes to consult with clients to develop solutions to complex problems and projects that engaged multiple departments across organizations. Served as technical and functional subject matter expert providing consulting, sales demonstrations, requirement gathering sessions and testing solutions. Defined, developed, and reviewed Standard Operating Guides.

Supported client’s SuccessFactors Talent solution by processing day-to-day requests meeting service level agreements. Assisted with the development and delivery of issue resolution to leadership and clients. Developed and presented solutions to clients for complex problems and projects through release reviews and upgrades. Participated in implementations, sales demonstrations, requirement gathering sessions and testing solutions as a technical lead and subject matter expert. Configured and managed client’s Provisioning and data models. Defined, developed and reviewed Standard Operating Procedures.
