Provide administrative consulting to outpatient and residential service companies that provide mental health and/or substance abuse services. Consultation incorporates all aspects of the business, including interviewing and hiring staff, training of staff, auditing finances, assistance with external audits.

As a member of a three person Executive Team, I oversee all business practices at both locations. As Chief Financial Officer, I create annual goals, objectives, budget and forecasting as well as make recommendations to reduce costs on a $3 million revenue stream. Issue bi-weekly paychecks to fifteen W-2 employees and monthly paychecks to all vendors.

Responsible for supervision of all non-clinical staff; accounts receivable/payable including staff (clinical and support) payroll and bank reconciliation utilizing QuickBooks. Responsible for formulation of policies and procedures that maintain compliance with Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards. Assisted in writing.
