Supervising a team of Interviewers and Contact Tracers for COVID-19 response. I manage the teams Case workload, developed and manage a team site in Microsoft Teams for communicating updates, storing operating procedures and training materials, and hosting team meetings. I provide training to the team and work with each team member individually to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to perform their duties.

As the Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Program Development & Analysis Section, I perform varied and complex journey-level analytical services and studies related to grant management, California Victim Compensation Board policies and procedures. I also coordinate the division's Communications and Outreach to stakeholders. I'm responsible for leading, evaluating, planning, managing, and analyzing outreach projects designed to inform the public and stakeholders about programs and activities of the California Victim Compensation Board. I provide consultative services to management and others regarding CalVCB outreach efforts. I'm responsible for complex public relations strategies, social media outreach, and printed media materials.

As Outreach Coordinator for CalVCP my mission is to reach out to the communities of California and share with them the resources CalVCP can provide them should they find themselves victims/survivors of a crime. I work with victim service organizations, both government and non-profit, in an effort to reach every victim/survivor of crime in our state.

As a Victim Compensation Analyst at CalVCP I collected and verified data according to the laws that govern our program, and recommended payment of crime-related losses for victims/survivors.
