 Manage China in-country team's recuitment and articulation institutions' development across the nation.  Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing and recruitment strategies in China. Cooperate with marketing department in Australia to implement the marketing campaigns and make the collaterals in local language. Provide the ISR Senior Management with market intelligence on China scenario for PESTLE analysis and competitors’ activities.  Assist global partnership team the organization of colleges’ inward visits to China to support either the recruitment activities or partnership development.  Organize a variety of online/offline events, information sessions and webinars for recruitment purpose and participate in exhibitions, advising prospective students and their parents.

 Manage China in-country team's recuitment and partner institutions' development across the nation.  Ensure that systems and procedures are in place to provide a high-quality service to key customers including agents, partner institutions and applicants.  Implement recruitment and conversion activities including pre-departure briefing, online/offline events for offer-holders etc.  Provide the East Asia Regional Manager with market intelligence including regular reports on competitors’ developments and activities, government laws and regulations in China.  Assist the Westminster faculty with their visits to China to support recruitment activities or partnership development and assist the Westminster Alumni Office to organize the alumni events and to communicate with China Alumni.

Responsibilities Manage China Office operations and budget, leading both admissions and recruitment staff to achieve the university’s objectives in China. Implement the recruitment strategies and plans under the guidance of East Asia Regional Manager and with the support from academics. Ensure that systems and procedures are in place for market specific admissions and marketing collaterals to be developed and distributed in the channels. Assist faculty members with their visits and activities to China.  Engage in exhibitions, promotion activities and the events to liaise with prospective applicants.

 Management of the China Office Admissions team and the development and implementation of effective systems and procedures to ensure agents, enquirers and applicants receive accurate admissions documentation and correspondence in a timely fashion;  Provision of weekly reports on the China Office activities and performance to China Office Director and Marketing Managers at HO;  Ensure that systems and procedures are in place for market specific admissions and marketing collateral to be developed and distributed in an effective and timely fashion;  Ensure deposits are collected and stored in an efficient, transparent and appropriate manner and that visa letters are issued in a timely fashion;  Ensure that applicants receive high quality pre-departure briefings;  Assist in the China Office Director preparing regular budget and expenses reports;  Assist in the China Office Director in organizing the office events and in-country activities for the overseas staff during visits to China.
