As the global director of eLearning, I was responsible for the transformation of the Deloitte Consulting curriculum from a traditional, instructor led curriculum, to a totally blended, 85% 'E' curriculum in an 18 month period. I rolled out consistent global milestone programs in all three continents, and enjoyed traveling the world to do so.
