I have worked in mental health care for a long time and have always found my work, exciting and unique. I have high standards in patient care and working together to achieve recovery goals. I believe I am a good asset to any team and have had some success in my career so far. I am always interested in developing my skills further by having additional training and working closely with other professionals to enhance my knowledge of mental health care and support. I have a variety of experiences from working in acute adult psychiatric inpatient wards, medium secure psychiatric wards, community based care coordinator, and I am now working in emergency crisis’ services in mental health within A&E.I believe that there is many more outcomes that can be achieved with an enthusiastic and well supported team. I plan to grow and take advantage of all experiences I am given to see what difference I can make to the service users in my care.
