Jim Newcomb and I make up the Team “Not Spouses Selling Houses Team” at Fulton GRACE, and have been real estate partners for over 20 years. We joined forces in order to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients with greater accessibility. Both residents of northeastern Illinois, Candy is licensed in the state of Illinois while Jim is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin. This dual licensure allows us to have contact with a multitude of buyers and sellers and work with them to achieve their real estate goals. We are extremely familiar with Lake and McHenry County as well as southeastern Wisconsin and many of the surrounding communities.
