1.Position Analysis: Communicate with HR & Hiring Mgr for the Job Responsibilities/Position Requirements to develop the final Job Description, requirements about candidates, target companies, compensation and benefits and so on. Fully understand the recruiting requirements and process, settle down the research direction ASAP, make a detail research plan.2.Candidate Searching: Research candidates through all channels like Lie pin, 51 job, SNS, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc., and positively explore and try new channels.3.Candidate Assessment & follow up:(1) Phone interview candidates, to assess their abilities and confirm their motivation for job, lead and help them to join in the next interviews by clients;(2) Arrange and track the interviews, coach candidates before interview, keep fully communicate with candidates and AE to get the latest information in time, to ensure candidate complete the all interviews and finally can on board successfully;(3) Interview feedback and offer negotiations, tracking the candidates' on board issues
