 Preparation of Master Production schedules for molding and assembly department Scheduling of weekly plan for internal manufacturing and materials purchase Monitor customer requirements Provide customer service to ensure all customer’s requirements are met Monitor the production efficiency to ensure requirements are met Report to management of any production inefficiency to obtain a correction action Oversee the generation of releases to suppliers Follow up with supply-base to ensure the materials supply  Build and maintain close working relationships with internal and external customers Review demand and supply to understand bottleneck and propose alternative capacity or areas needing capacity improvement to meet demand Manage cycle count activities to ensure proper counts are conducted and the inventory is accurate Participate in quarterly physical count Co-ordinate with departments for new programs or customer complaint issues
