Prepares training plan, budget and does training for all levels of employee. Coordinate with other departments for departmental training and response for external training.Implement appropriate management practices that provide associates motivation and communication.Manage team member training and development through using the hotel group Human Resources Management System.Facilitate hotel quality assurance management. Attend corporate headquarters first meeting for cross-service inspections in the China area on February，2017 and be the hotel inspector.Ensure that training and development are integrated into business plans and budgets, and targeted goals are identified and monitored.

To assist the Director of Service & Training to plan and implement Service & Training solutions for the Hampton by Hilton China to support achieving business priories. Responsible for end-to-end program management for Hampton by Hilton China core programs/process localization, update ,delivery ,evaluation and continuous improvement.Identify development needs from hotels, work independently or partner with Operations team to design, pilot and rollout new Service & Training solutions as needed.Assist Operations Team to pilot and rollout new programs. Ensure new programs are adopted and applied in the work places. Certify in Hampton core programs (including training programs, development centers, etc.). Deliver the programs to targeted audience as assigned.Carry out entire Service & Training delivery process according to trainer’s guide in pre, during and post learning stages. Develop and certify hotel trainers by conducting TTT workshops, webinar and assessment when needed. Offer continuous support to hotel trainers to cascade and implement Hampton training programs.Provide on-site pre-opening hotel training support such as deliver management team orientation, certify trainer, deliver pre-opening training plan. Maintain accurate and updated Service & Training related materials and resources. Assist in translate and proof read global Service & Training related materials assigned.Manage Service & Training database and reports as required.
