Operations Oversee allocation of resources and staff to maintain appropriate standards of coverage, addresses volume fluctuations and ensures availability of resources. Recognize opportunities for account penetration and develop revenue opportunities for International Assignment Services/Global Performance Solutions. Develop and drive sales strategy in conjunction with internal resources. Maintain continuous communication with full team to insure Top Block service delivery. Work with appropriate business partners to insure effective account start-up.

• Provide single point of coordination (SPOC) for all phases of international assignment activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement. • Manage a reduced EAC caseload• Lead team by modeling exceptional EAC competencies, customer service and driving Top Block initiatives• Demonstrate superior knowledge of Cartus products and services in all interactions with client, customer and team• Compile, analyze and interpret data and/or coordinate the compilation of data from internal Cartus departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client reporting• Research foreign country specific information to assist clients in the development of new and existing international policies and compensation programs• Participate in client meetings as needed• Proactively identify cross selling opportunities of Cartus products and services to assigned clients to generate increased revenue• Maintain and enhance relationships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs• Assist management in the development of client proposals and presentations• Deputise for team manager when not available• Facilitate team meetings and huddles• Assist management team in staff recruitment, selection • Maintain all pertinent records and ad hoc reports for management review and decision making• Assist with team compliance for Cartus core values, practices, and standards• Support client relationships through consultative, interactive problem solving and client visitation• Work with Manager to create an environment that fosters team effectiveness and cooperation, motivation and professional growth• Work with Manager to continuously develop overall team performance, effectively utilizing team resources and implementing improvements• Work with Manager to assess strengths and developmental needs of employees and provide timely, clear and objective coaching
