• GENERAL ACCOUNTING: o Daily cash reconciliations for 3 company cash accounts.o Monthly close duties including: credit card expense review and posting approval, entries for PPE and Prepaids, bank reconciliations for all company cash accounts, payroll tax and sales tax filings.o Daily review of inventory accounts and Job activity logs to check accuracy and completeness; WIP review and reconciliation of discrepancies.• ADMINISTRATIVE: o Payroll administration.o Independent audit liaison.o Negotiation and approval of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).o General Liability insurance and Safety program administration.• FINANCIAL REPORTING:o Weekly flash reports for senior management, quarterly review packets preparation, annual financials and audit liaison, annual IRS tax return preparation.• LEADERSHIP:o Manage an accounting group of between 3 and 5 people.o Project lead for cost system implementation.• ACHIEVEMENTS:o Instituted a perpetual inventory accounting system and implemented a standard costing program for improved managerial oversight and decision-making.

i. Served on the Board of Director’s as a Director for the Pro-Seal Lift Systems interest.ii. Negotiated the purchase of the ERP system (SYSPRO). iii. Was trained by SYSPRO in the modules of the system. iv. Made the decisions for configuring the modules of GL, Purchasing, AP, Sales, AR, and Cash, and took the system “live” on December 29th 2013.v. Worked closely with manufacturing to configure the modules of Inventory and Bill of Materials and trained all of the system users in the use of the system (as of January 2014, this was approximately 45 people).

Performed primarily attest services: audits of the financial statements of small businesses, non-profits, and governmental entities. Also performed tax services, bookkeeping, compilations, reviews, financial statement preparations and engagement documents.
